These General Terms & Conditions (GT&Cs) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Michael Nelson Photography. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.

Michael Nelson Photography provides digital and print photo products, including but not limited to:
Digital image downloads
Printed photo packages
Custom photo products
All images remain the property of Michael Nelson Photography and are protected under copyright law.
3. Ordering Process & Contract Formation
Orders are placed through the online shop.
A contract is established upon order confirmation via email.
Michael Nelson Photography reserves the right to decline an order in case of suspected fraudulent activity or technical errors.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of purchase through the accepted payment methods displayed in the shop.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
5. Delivery & Download Policy
Digital Products: Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase and sent via email.
Printed Products: Production and shipping times vary. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
Digital products: Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds or exchanges are available once a download has been initiated.
Printed products: If an order arrives damaged or defective, a replacement will be provided upon submission of proof within 7 days of delivery.
If an incorrect order is received, customers must contact support to resolve the issue.
7. Copyright & Usage Rights
Purchasing a digital download grants the customer personal, non-commercial use only.
Commercial use, redistribution, resale, or modification of any images is strictly prohibited without written consent from Michael Nelson Photography.
8. Liability
Michael Nelson Photography is not responsible for printing errors caused by third-party printing services chosen by the customer.
Delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Customer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring security and confidentiality.
Personal information is used solely for order fulfillment and is not shared with third parties.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
